Arbitration and Mediation
Since 1992, Guy W. Bluff has been a member of the American Arbitration Association’s National Panel of Neutrals for Construction, Consumer, and Commercial Disputes. He has served as the sole arbitrator or umpire on more than one hundred separate disputes for the American Arbitration Association from 1990 to the present. Mr. Bluff has acted as a court-appointed trial judge pro tem, settlement judge pro tem, and arbitrator in more than 100 cases for the Maricopa, Pima, and Yavapai County Superior Courts. Mr. Bluff presently acts as an arbitrator, neutral, umpire, or mediator in approximately eight to ten cases per year. As an attorney, he has participated in over 450 arbitration or mediation hearings, some involving claims in excess of sixty-five million dollars and lasting upwards of eight weeks in length.
